    • What is The Club?

      The Club is our membership reward program. There are three levels of privileges for our members: White, Black and Titanium. You can start enjoying exclusive benefits at CocoSuites from day one, just register to join our community.

    • What are the benefits of The Club?

      Our Club members enjoy exclusive advantages during their stay, such as complimentary room upgrades, late-check outs, welcome amenities, and more! Club members also receive our exclusive newsletters and special discounts.

    • How can I register?

      On the Club Section you will find at the homepage or from the login icon you will find on the upper-left (Click on “Register”).

    • Where can I find The Club benefits for a specific suite/hotel?

      The benefits are shown on the main photo on the suite page. Please remember, you must be signed-in to see the specific benefits offered in each suite/hotel.

    • Will I get a CocoSuites member card?

      You will get your printed Coco card once you get Black or Titanium status, and you do your first booking.

  • Booking

    • How can I search for suites?

      You can search suites by destination (country/city/region), at the moment we only work with Spanish hotels but that will change in the near future.

    • How can I book?

      You can book using the contact data of the hotels you will find on every suite page, or just clicking “book”, then you will be redirected to the hotel´s booking engine without intermediates.

    • Can I see other hotel guests' opinions?

      Yes, you will find them in every suite under the title “Reviews”
