With a huge terrace and two astonishing bedrooms, the Wow Suite offers the visitor a unique experience such as the possibility of relaxing by it out doors Jacuzzi at the terrace. It also presents the guest an extremely elegant style with contemporary stucco accent walls, enormous mirrors and attractive furniture, as well as an automated functional and mood lighting system that work the sun blinds and black-out drapes.

The room, divided in two different spaces, has a big salon with an expansive work desk and a 42” flat screen LCD Tv, and a huge bedroom that includes its elevated signature W bed and a second 32” flat LCD screen, as well as a wide selection of DVDs. Apart from the astonishing panoramic views upon the sea and the city, the suite is also has an extra large closet and a separate rainforest shower and bathtub.

With 26 luxurious floors framed in an original and stylized silver-glassed reflecting façade, the W Barcelona Hotel is a true architectural vanguard masterpiece. Designed by the famous Catalan architect Ricardo Bofill, the hotel sits in the city harbour’s new entrance, just in front of the legendary Barceloneta; a true oasis still in holding to its charismatic old days charming fisherman’s style. There, one can still stroll calmly down the beach and dine at the best traditional Catalan and Mediterranean restaurants.

With 476 rooms and 67 suites, this 5 stars Grand Lux hotel is an impressive source of vertical luminosity along its 99 metre high structure, that offers the visitor the widest of services. Amongst these, the W hotel presents the Whatever/Whenever service, where the client can immediately access at will through a special key on the rooms phone a small call centre destined to satisfy whichever the request; this being the purchase of tickets for sport or music events, the rental of vehicles, reservation of special touristic tours or restaurants, etc. Equally innovative is the Farewell Kiosk, where the traveller might print out its boarding pass before leaving in order to avoid queuing at the airport, or the exclusive P.A.W (Pets Are Welcome) service. This last one including a welcome kit for pets, and the availability upon request of special beds, all kinds of accessories for both cats and dogs as well as a special pet-walikng service. The hotel displays an exclusive and privileged set of terraces with breathtaking views upon the city and the Mediterranean sea; the magnificent WET pool, where the visitor can enjoy every imaginable luxury including private pool cabanas of up to 4 people, a sophisticated BLISS SPA, or the more than 300m² space worth of the lastest technology in gym equipment at the SWEAT GYM. Completing the offer, the hotel has a wide variety in gastronomic facilities including exclusive first liner restaurants such as the Bravo24 (by the renowned Catalan Chef Carles Abellán), or the glamorous and cosmopolitan Eclipse panoramic bar-lounge with impressive views upon the sea from the hotel’s last floor. Furthermore, the hotel also offers more than 2100m² worth of space divided in to 11 salons, for big events and meetings of private or business nature. GASTRONOMY

Under the chef’s Carles Abellán’s command, the BRAVO24 presents a very personal author cuisine that relishes in the experimentation of the highest culinary vanguard. Noteworthy of mention is the wooden and aluminium design as well as the restaurant’s special bar zone, serving design and experimental cocktails. Open daily from 7h to 1h, 13h to 15:30h, and from 20h to 23h. No special etiquette is required. Opening daily we also find the WAVE, a modern and sophisticated restaurant rich in healthy Mediterranean and Arab cooking that is also available for take-away, thanks to W2GO service. Finally, in the hotel’s lobby, we find the famous W Bar, the perfect place where one can enjoy the hotel’s selection of design tapas and Lebanese starters chilling to live music and DJ sessions at its open air terrace with views upon the beach.

BAR LOUNGE

Alongside the W Bar, the hotel also has the original WET Bar by the pool, where the guest can enjoy light appetizers and tapas without budging by the water’s side. Open only from April the 1st to October 31st from 10h to 21h. Finally, we can’t forget to mention the spectacular ECLIPSE, the hotel’s panoramic bar-lounge by the building’s last floor. With spectacular views upon the city, the bar offers an interesting menu including sushi, ceviche and other grill delicacies, and a wide variety of champagne, wines, vodkas, rums and whiskeys. Open Sundays to Thursdays from 18h to 2h, and Fridays and Saturdays from 18h to 3h. Access to the bar is forbidden to children under 12, and restricted access until 21h is granted only to children ranging from 12 to 17 years under adult supervision.

WELLNESS

In the spohisticated BLISS SPA, the visitor will encounter two floors fully dedicated to offering the widest variety of massages and facial treatments as well as all kinds of therapies. Amongst others, the spa offers a special ginger peeling treatement, a hot bath salts peeling and a triple treatement with oxygen; as well as an exclusive buffet rich in fruits, cheeses and brownies, a solarium, or the possibility of undergoing these special treatments by the pool. The access to the spa is forbidden to children under 16, except for those under adult supervision or bringing a signed authorisation by the parents. Open every day from 9h to 21h. Furthermore, the hotel also has additional 300m² worth of high technological work-out machinery equipped with small tv sets, a sauna, or Turkish baths at the SWEAT GYM. The gym also holds yoga classes and offers the possibility of providing a personal trainer upon request. The Gym is open 24h and is only accessible by hotel guests.
