The junior suites are distributed all over the Bailío’s palace-house; three of them have mural paintings from the 18th and 19th centuries.
One of them has a private access next to a patio fountain. The interior design is a perfect combination of Andalucía’s character, its scents, light and colours which emerge as a revealing result of the mixture of cultures. A blend of pure materials such as lead, velvet or leather, all in natural colours, envelops the rooms with a touch of refined charm.

Cordoba hides a treasure in its downtown, the Hospes Palacio del Bailío. Built between the 16th and 18th centuries, the building has been listed World Cultural Heritage Site.
Hospes Palace del Bailío, the first and only five star hotel in Cordoba is located in the historical heart of the city of the caliphate, which was declared a Cultural Heritage site in 1982. The hotel is a fully realized combination of culture, wellbeing, art, history, cuisine and relaxation.
Guests partake of a vivid experience as they enjoy the flavours of the region at the Senzone Restaurant & Tapas Bar, relax in the impressive rare plant garden, have an aperitif overlooking the nearby ruins of a Roman villa, or at the Bodyna Spa, which provides access to the most remarkable ancient Roman spa in the city.

Senzone Restaurant
Enjoy the best of the local cuisine in the Senzone Restaurant. Spanish-Andalusian “cocina” includes first courses that are living Andalusian memories, such as salmorejo with tomato juice and Iberian bread.
Other dishes are clear expressions of the historical relation between the city of Cordoba and the sea. Some examples are the steamed monkfish, the morel mushrooms in sherry or the shellfish gazpachuelo stew.
The farms and rangeland, (the backbone of the province and origin of the best part of its culinary wealth) are represented in the Senzone Restaurant by the updated version of Cordoba perol and meat dishes.
For dessert, dishes include some great dishes such as the amazing white chocolate and yogurt soup with chocolate trimmings and sugar biscuit ice cream.
The Senzone is located in the Hospes Palacio del Bailío but has an independent street entrance. 32 person seating capacity.

Senzone Tapas Bar
The most unassuming, informal and relaxed way to enjoy a dinner: a delicious and creative selection of tapas in the warmest and most embracing surroundings.
Tapas to share, such as Iberian ham from the Valle de los Pedroches or beef carpaccio with lime vinaigrette in a cloud of parmesan cheese.
Tapas to eat without a fork, such as molletes de pringá or grandmother’s croquettes. Traditional cordoba tapas, such as salmorejo with ham and egg or mazamorra. Innovative tapas, such as poor man’s creamed potato with 63º egg and foie cubes. Stewed tapas, such as gypsy potage or the mincemeat stew. Seafood tapas, such as fried anchovies, or marinated fish. tapas from the countryside, such as grill toasted foie with roasted apple... The Spanish tradition of tapas is all about experiencing new flavors.

SPA Bodyna
A palace built between the 16th and 18th centuries, Roman ruins, a site declared to be a World Cultural Heritage Site in 1982... On these premises, the Bodyna Spa offers its guests two magical spaces: Firstly, a courtyard flanked by Roman columns where the massage and spa treatment cabins are located, close to the water and the chirping of the birds, and, secondly, on the lower floor, several Roman spas.
