Ibiza Gran Hotel, located in an exceptional area of Ibiza with wonderful views of Dalt Vila and of the Mediterranean Sea, was designed to offer its guests maximum exclusiveness, well-being, rest and comfort.

Ibiza Gran Hotel has 157 loft-style suites, all of them overlooking the sea and offering spectacular views, creating an atmosphere that combines style and comfort to make you feel relaxed and at ease. As well as rest, health, beauty and gastronomic pleasure, Ibiza Gran Hotel also offers large multi-purpose rooms that can be divided into several separate areas, as well as exclusive private rooms, all surrounded by gardens and designed to hold any kind of event. In addition to Convention Rooms, the hotel has a Business Centre with meeting rooms, offices, computers with an Internet connection and a secretarial service for making copies, sending faxes, etc.
The facilities also include a boutique that sells local and international brands, the ABA art contemporary art gallery and Casino de Ibiza, which is annexed to the hotel.

Gastronomy

One of the things that deserve a special mention is the Hotel’s cuisine, with a highly qualified staff represented by Oscar Molina, the head chef. He is in charge of all the Hotel’s restaurants, taking care of every gastronomic detail and always maintaining a high standard of quality and exclusiveness for all guests.
At the Costa Mara restaurant one can enjoy a varied range of high-class fusion cuisine combining Mediterranean and Ibizan specialities, prepared under the direction of the Head Chef. The restaurant has an open wine cellar with an extensive choice of Spanish and international wines.

The Gee is an open-air space with views of Dalt Vila and the port of Ibiza. This terrace bar is open in summertime to have a relaxed drink at sunset or before going out.

La Gaia is the lounge bar situated in the hotel lobby. This lounge is open from 11 in the morning until 2 at night so that one can enjoy a late breakfast, an aperitif, or coffee or tea during the day, and a selection of drinks before or after dinner as a prelude to the Ibizan night.

The Jackpot restaurant, which is located in the Casino, combines traditional Ibizan food with Spain’s latest gastronomic trends, as well as foreign flavours.

The Pool Restaurant and the Pool Bar add a lighter, more informal touch to the varied gastronomic options offered at Ibiza Gran Hotel.

Misc

The Ibiza Gran Hotel collection consists of 365 works of art by 29 contemporary artists of eight different nationalities specifically created for its installations. Over two years, and under the direction of the Majorcan gallery, ABA Art Contemporani, the artists worked intensely on the artistic project for the Ibiza Gran Hotel collection. A collection of "site-specific" created art which is young and fresh, with a great diversity of styles, techniques and supports in the works.
The creators who have been involved in the hotel project are, on the whole, young artists with an interesting, promising career. There are also established artists, such as the Catalan, Antoni Llena.
Each artist worked on an average of eight rooms, two on each floor. Each room has two artistic works which are original and unique.
